Help with iTunes music

But i can't since purchased music is in MPEG-4 . . . how can i convert to mp3??

If you prefer not to waste Cd's you could use Winamp and the Lame Mp3 Codec to convert .m4a to .mp3. Just install Winamp and the Lame Acm and in Winamp select the built-in Disk Writer Plugin and configure it to use Lame (I recommend using 128kbps CBR, Stereo, 44100hz as quality).

Or just play the mp4 music in winamp? It should work so long as the music is not protected in some way. If it is you might have trouble converting it short of going with ChocoboFarm's suggestion.

actually, a friend told me to burn the songs onto a CD-RW, then extract them with EZ CD-DA extractor, then reuse the CD-RW

it works, so i guess i'll just do that

and Todd33, i have an ipod, so thats why i need itunes :roll:
