Ok, well valid key does not always mean legal key.
So it the ISO file from Microsoft Academic Alliance? Or from some other source?

Chad you need to stop the hacker crap.
Anyway, I talked to microsoft they said that it should work fine BUT.
Because its a ISO file it will not be a bootable a disk and that i need to make a book Disk (floppy) or insert a retail cd boot off that, then when it gets to the first part of windows setup, switch the disk from the retail to the ISO.
Chad, I pay for my software, not ever one is a thief. lay off

hope you had better luck with nero trial then I did. I downloaded it, installed it, then started it up, and it said my free trial was over.
