Help with IRQ conflicts

I ran my system information utility and it came up withthe following.

Is this normal?? I'm not having any problems yet, but I would think with this many conflicts I will start. HELP !!!!!

you'll be fine, because windows ACPI somehow manages devices who share IRQ's without giving conflict. if you disable ACPI though, most of your devices won't be conflicting anyway. the ones that do are normally solved through ACPI.

for example, I have a modem and a hollywood + which are on the bottom 2 PCI slots. unfortunately those slots share an IRQ, no matter what I do. my AGP port, and top PCI port also do the same thing. without ACPI, I would end up with major IRQ conflicts when trying to use both the H+ and modem.

it allows the computer to shut down non-essential drives for power comsumption reduction.

some bioses let you play with it,
under device manager, click on the plus sign in front of system devices and you'll find acpi power and acpi system buttons.
