Help with Intranet setup

hey all,

A friend is having some problems with his Intranet setup, so he asked me to post here. He already has a working intranet, where there's a server ( at this work place ) . He wants to know how to access the whole intranet from his home, using Dial Up Networking. I have not tried, but i think he should install a DUP server on the intranet server and configure his pc at home kinda like he would setup a client on the intranet. What do you guys think ? What he should configure ( Dns,gateway,Ip, etc).

There are many ways to do so.

The simplest way is to use a Remote Program like pcAnywhere.

If he has administrator rights and supports users, he could also set up WinVNC to remotly access other peoples PC's.
