help with installing winXP!!

Everytime I try to install winXP Pro on my computer, the installation process will stop at where it says "Starting Windows". This is after all the files are copied to the harddrive.
I suspect this to be a problem with XP and the RAID controller. I'm using the Abit KG7-Raid Mobo with HotRod 100 Pro raid driver. The thing is, the floppy does not contain driver for winXP. I tried using the drivers for win2k and NT4 and they won't work.

Is there a WinXP driver for this RAID Controller ? anyone knows what else can be wrong ?
