Help with instalation problems.

I am trying to install a new Samsung 840 pro SSD in to a new Samsung NP700Z5C-S04CA laptop I just purchased... I can select the DVD drive as boot through the bios but I can not load the dvd to install the OS on the SSD.
The option to load via DVD is there but when I click it it takes me back to the same screen of options and wont load the DVD. :/
 
I've been here. Make sure both the ssd and dvd drive are set as AHCI. If one or the other is IDE, based on the mobo, it can cause this frustrating snag.
