Help with incorrect bus settings

Ok, I know this is getting redundant and I'm sorry, but I've got a problem with my bus settings. For some reason, my PCI is at 44Mhz and AGP is at 88 Mhz even though my board is at 133 FSB! Is this an error in Sandra or is there something wrong with the Iwill KK266 boards? If somehas another free program that will allow me to test the Sandra results for validity, that would also help!
