I'm looking for a little help trying to determine how to fix an issue I'm only having in games. I've just got a new x800gt, and fresh windows reinstall with the latest Omega drivers for my video card. I've been playing HL2 and noticed that in game, most of the color is missing...IE, the display is mostly in black and white....(actually brownish and white).
Everything is fine out of game, and I thought it was just the HL2 theme being kind of dreary....but now in Battlefield 2 it's the same. Makes it hard to tell the enemies from friendlies when everyone is a similar shade of brown...almost like some kind of filter is applied, but I don't recall turning anything like that on since I re-installed Windows XP.
I'm not quite sure what could be causing it, or even where to start really, so if you guys have any ideas or could point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.
