I just received my Window Home Server software in the mail today and have successfully set it all back up(was running the 120 day trial until today)...but I am having a bit of a problem. I setup a couple of dynamic-dns entries that forward both http://www.MYWEBSITE.com and http://MYWEBSITE.com to my server here at home. I believe I set everything back up correctly in IIS, but apparently I have not.
If you go to http://MYWEBSITE.com you can access our website just fine. However, if you go to www.MYWEBSITE.com you receive a "Service Unavailable" message, but apparently the dynamic dns forward is working. When you do enter http://www.MYWEBSITE.com it wants to redirect it to http://www.MYWEBSITE.com/home/....aspx?gotodefault=true, then you get the error message. I set the the default document page to index.html (had to add it) and set it to first use. I am not sure why MYWEBSITE.com will work but www.MYWEBSITE.com will not. I appreciate any input you can give and thanks in advance!
