Help with IE 6 windows please

Hi, I'm running WinXP Pro and IE 6. I was wondering if there was a way to designate a default size and location of a new internet explorer window. I use my computer for TV, and I run that in the corner of my desktop. When I watch TV and browse the internet, I put the explorer window on the other side of my screen, so it just fits. But when I try to open a new window, it always pops up under my TV window, and I have to move it around. It's just an annoyance, but any help would be great. Thanks.
