I have 3 pc 100 sdram chips

two say PC 100 - 322 - 620

any help would greatly be appreciated

The one that says 8x64 is 64MB, thet 8x64 means 8 banks (chips) of 64Mbits (i think it's Mbits), so you take the number divide by 8, and then mutliply by 8.
