Help with HTML debugging

My wife is taking an HTML class. I would normally help her with homework, but I have no HTML coding experience. The issue is that the final part of the page (Highway 6 reopens) is showing up in the table above it. Can anyone let me know what she needs to do to fix? Sorry to bother everyone with something so simple!

Thanks in advance,
Indy

Looking on how the code is attached, it makes it very difficult to debug. If no one wants to give it a try, I understand...

IndyJaws, you might want to talk your wife into downloading firefox and in particular, the firebug extension. It has excellent tools for solving issues like this.
