Help with HPS MicroModem under Win2000

I just installed Win 2000 on my Comapq Presario 5000US, and the only thing I'm having a problem with is the internal modem.

I can't seem to find any drivers for the HPS MicroModem, let alone much info on this device.

Has anyone gotten this to work under 2000??
