Hi, I'm trying to configure a HP printer with PJL commands but can't seem to get it to work right...

I've tried making a batch file in dos (yes, I'm in pure dos) and running it, directing it to output to the printer, etc but it doesn't work. I used the [CTL]+[P] then release them and hit [ESC] key to get the <- character (escape character) but and typing <FONT color=#0000a0>%-12345X@PJL DEFAULT DENSITY=5 but it doesn't work.

I've also tried it without the % and - characters and it still doesn't work.

Am I doing something wrong?
