I just bought a new HP Pavalion Laptop model 6575. It came with a 200gig HD. The hard drive in My computer shows C:\ 61.5 of 90GB Free and a D Drive that is the restore drive being a total of 8GB.
If I go into MMC and open the disk management it shows the C Partition as 177GB yet in My Computer the C Drive is only 90GB. What is going on here? Where is the rest of my space?
I called HP Tech support and they claimed I had to make the restore cds first which I have now done. It still shows 90GB only.
