Help with HP monitor 2309m

Today I turn on my HP monitor (2309m) and I get only a color cycle.


Can someone tell me what is wrong with my monitor and how can I fix it?

What are we supposed to be seeing? Do you have a reference video for those test patterns, for example, or a program that makes them, to know what's not working?

Hi, as soon as I turn on my monitor, those patterns appeared. I turn off the monitor and turn it on again, and they reappeared.
