help with gigabyte Z68AP-D3

i just bought the Z68Ap-D3, I installed my i5 3570K and the memories, turned power on and it showed the gigabyte screen saying press tab to go to post, etc, but my keyboard is off and does not work. a few seconds later the computer reboots by itself.

Please help.
 
You'd better check it out with your retailer or ask in a Gigabyte forum. Or you could try swapping in a Sandy bridge just to check.
