Hi All, I just received this motherboard and Processor p4 2.4b ghz and in the bios when I enable top performance I get BSOD and the reboots. I am running windows XP. Any Ideas? Also when I put in my mobo cd my hard drive lights up and stays solid. Then locks when I try to access it. But only with this CD. Below are my specs

I have essentially the same system (but 3 physical HDs). It's set to top performance w/ no problems. Do you have 1 or 2 sticks of memory? I've read that if you have 2 sticks, you cannot set the system to top performance. BTW, I noticed no difference between t-p and non-t-p. My 2.4b is set to run at 2.6.

Well running the ram which is rated DDR266 at DDR333 speeds with agressive timings is probably the problem?
Maybe try getting some faster ram.
