Help with giant northbridge cooler

So, I have an ASRock X58 Extreme3 motherboard and I want to get myself an aftermarket cooler. I'm trying to spend as less money as possible so I choose LC-CC-120 cooler which only costs 20 euros and has the same performance as CM 212 EVO. Now, the problem is the northbridge passive cooler on my motherboard which is just too big and high. Should i be aware of it or what? Can i fit most of cpu coolers on it?

Motherboard: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X58 Extreme3/index.asp
Cooler: http://www.lc-power.com/en/product/power-supplies/lc-cc-120/

I measured the NB cooler and its 32mm high.

EDIT: Please, move my topic to coolers section if this is not the right place.

Each motherboard's clearance is different, so you'll just have to look at the manufacturer's website and see if they have a compatibility chart for your motherboard. For low-cost coolers, they might not have one, and you'll just have to check out the clearance for any cooler you are interested in buying.

For example, at Noctua they maintain a compatibility chart:

Probably your best bet is to Google your motherboard model number, and see what what other owners recommend for your board.
