i created a network boot disk that includes NIC driver for our Dell PC's the GX270 using gigabyte NIC, and it loads up okay and maps to a server share containing the ghost executables.
So i run the latest ghost.exe is ghost 2003 but it just loads the screen and sits there doing nothing.
The old ghost.exe on the share using version 7 loads fine but the images i have were done using 2003, so i get Usage Error 10027, unknown image format: code 64: later Ghost version required.

i dont wont to have to do all Dell images on old Ghost. Any ideas clever people?

Hmmm i will look into this. Ghost 7 is great...that is what i still use nice and simple. How about creating a network bootdisk using 2003??? The ghost book disk is so primitive it's weird it wont comply with the 2003 executables.
