Help with Ghost 2003 peer to peer and boot disk

I have a number of Dell Optiplex GX260 machines that I would like to ghost from the first setup. When I create the boot disk, I can't get the drivers to load when it boots into PC-Dos. The systems have the integrated Intel Pro/1000 MT nics, and I've tried to use the DOS drivers. I've also tried to use the Intel Pro/1000 drivers that come standard with Ghost.

Do I need to be using the win2k drivers or DOS drivers? Is there a better way to do a peer-to-peer clone? I'm new to using Ghost, and so far have found it to be a pain just to configure a simple boot disk. Thanks for the help.

Which Intel Gigabit adapter? Server or Desktop?

Are you trying to ghost from the server to the desktops?
Just run Ghost from the server.

Intel Pro Nic(10/100/1000/Mobile) cards do not work well with Ghost without
a lot of customization and tweaking.

A good place for a customized Network Bootdisk, try here:

I am either trying to ghost peer-to-peer from the complete workstation to a blank one. Otherwise, I will backup an image to a remote computer, and burn that image to boot the other machines. The NICs are Intel Pro/1000 MT integrated cards for desktops. Thanks for the link, I'll give some of that a shot.
