First off.. I dont know how much about computer part or putting it together so i need one that ready to go. Im starting to get into the mmo game like Archeage. My budget is $800 what can i do?

First, you can...answer [thread=80121]these questions[/thread]. 😉

Edit: Oh, I see, you want a pre-built, or mostly pre-built. How would you feel about installing a graphics card? What about a power supply?

Alternatively, are you near a Micro Center?

OK, good options. It would still help if you answered the other questions. But let's see what we can do otherwise.

Micro Center will build a PC for you for $99, which is offset by their bundle prices. But you probably don't want to overclock, do you?

So let's start with a basic box:

Gateway DX4885-UR1C Desktop PC Intel Core i5 4440 (3.10GHz) 4GB DDR3 1TB HDD Windows 8.1, $342AP. (Meaning After the Promo code given on that page.)

Now, add a GPU:

EVGA GeForce GTX970, $330. Practically any brand will do, and they're getting scarce, so if it's out of stock when you look shop around.

Add a halfway-decent power supply:

CORSAIR CX430, $16 after $20 mail-in rebate!

That's the essentials, but you'll probably want to add some more RAM:

4GB DDR3-1333, $33

And you even have space to add an SSD :

Crucial MX100 128GB: $74

Total: $795 🙂

Nuts! I just read a review:

Should have done more research...

Proprietary garbage! psu/mobo has a proprietary power connector which is just plain stupid.

How about a $470 desktop, the GPU, and the PSU, for $816?

Build the whole thing yourself. There are LEGO kits that are more complicated than putting a basic PC together. You won't get a good quality PSU/motherboard with an OEM PC.

I took the liberty of putting together a parts list for you-

This PC will have similar performance to the OEM+ add your own parts that the other user suggested, and even more performance if you overclock the CPU with the cooler I've added. No SSD mind you, but the parts here are WAY WAY better quality than what you're going to get from a prebuilt. Besides, with a prebuilt you don't know if the PSU will have enough watts/amps on the 12V rail to support a 970 to begin with. Much smarter to build your own. Once you do it you'll laugh at how simple it is.

It is not difficult to build a PC. Numerous step by step guides exist on youtube. The best are by Carey Holzman. Look him up. He does a new build every few months.

This isn't taking advantage of the fact that the OP has access to a MicroCenter and plus the GTX 970 will be ridiculously bottlenecked by the FX-6300.

Unfortunately MicroCenter's site is down right now so I can't do a build based around their i3 combo deal.

It will not be ridiculously bottlenecked by the 6300. If that's a concern the OP can easily go to an 8320 for peanuts more.

He also has the option of building something like:

i5 4460
Gigabyte G1 Sniper H97

ok guys...

so whats the final though? order thru the option listed mfenn? or is there something better? fyi, micro center is 5 minute away from me..

The FX-6300 would absolutely bottleneck a GTX 970. The two parts are so distinct in time and space that it's hard to find a direct comparison. However, you can see that a GTX 690 is clearly CPU bottlenecked in BF3, and a GTX 970 is roughly the same speed.

OP, here's what I would build given that you have access to a MicroCenter:

i5 4690K + ASRock H97M Pro combo $240
Team DDR3 1600 8GB $70
ASUS GTX 780 $293 AR AP - feel free to sub a GTX 970 if you find one in stock
WD Blue 1TB $60
Lite-ON DVD Burner $13 AP
Corsair CX600 $40 AR
Rosewill Redbone $45
Windows 8.1 OEM $90 AR
Total: $851 AR AP
