Help with FTP server

I'm running G6 FTP. i've got it up and running except for one small problem.
i've am trying to add a cd-rom to the list. it's there but it just doesn't show in the clients view. i've tried just about everything. i can get the cd-rom in the view, but nothing from my hd or everything from my hd and nothing from the cd-rom.

it's a catch 22

i hope you guys can help.
 
Read the manual. I'm not using G6 right now, but alot of people keep telling me to switch to G6, and I remember reading the manual where they show you how to create a short cuts that point to cdrom. I'll probably play with it for a couple of days, if I figure it out then I'll let you know.
