Help with Freehand

I have a file that our graphics guy designed. Its in freehand and I need to get it into a viewable format for others. I would like to get it to a .tif file.

1) Is there any way to convert it without freehand? How?

2) If not can I convert with freehand? How?

Should note I dont have freehand on my computer and I dont want to have to go to the Comunications office unless I have to. Thanks
