Help with free.napster.com and launching music players

I am having problems using free.napster.com as well as other pop up music players. When I go to the free.napster.com I get an error and the webpage looks jumbled. When I use my laptop computer, everything works fine. I downloaded IE 8 and that did not help, so I then downloaded Firefox. Once again I ran into the same problem. I have tried turning off all pop-up blockers and all virus protection. That doesn't seem to help. I am also having problems launching the rhapsody music player. After clicking on the track, a pop-up window appears, but nothing opens in it. Any ideas???
