Help with forum colors

I would like very much to change the colors of the forum. The blue letters on the white background have started bothering my eyes as I have just had some surgery on them is there any way to change it??

Go to "customize" (it's a tab at the top of the pages), and from there you can change color schemes.

Interesting but I cant seem to change anything to get rid of the white and light blue colors and the white strip on the left side.
