Help with Fortron Blue Storm

How does the Fortron Blue Storm psu work with the CoolerMaster Stacker case? The psu appears to have its fan on the top and the case has no outlet at the top but rather it seems to be designed for a psu with a fan at the rear.

What am I missing here? How to psus with top-mounted fans work in a case? Does the fan point down into the case or is it an intake fan?

I know I am missing something here. Can't anyone tell me how a psu with a fan on top works in a system without a vent on the top in the rear of the case?

The fan would be on the bottom when mounted in any 2 fan PSU
