Help with Flash..

Hey..I'm trying to create a movie with Flash, (taking a bunch of still pictures and putting them together so they all go by fast) But anyway, I made the movie (about 5 seconds) but now i cant seem to publish it. No matter what I do, i cant seem to publish it, or debugg it, or anything. It plays fine in the program, but one i try to export or publish it,I jsut get a blank screen. I've been trying to figure this our for two hours already! Anyone have any idea what i might be doing wrong?😕
 
Hey Rockgrl. I'm pretty sure as to what you are doing wrong. When saving the Flash movie, that is only the info. If you'll click on File, you should see an Export Movie... command. You need to use that to export movie to a *.swf format, which will play the movie when viewed through a browser. When just saving through Flash, it saves as a *.fla file.

Are you exporting the movie before posting?? The final file you use should have an extension of .swf. Hope this helps. 🙂
