Alright. I've used Firefox before, it worked fine. I formatted my comp. Installed everything. Installed firefox newest verison. Here is the problem, everytime i use it and add a bookmark once i close firefox and open it again it will delete all my bookmarks. I've unistalled and reistalled a few times and everytime it does the samething. Just have no idea what could be the problem. Help please!

Try deleting the Phoenix folder, usually found at C:\Documents and Settings\[Your Account Name]\Application Data\Phoenix and then restarting Firefox (warning: This will remove all your settings and some, if not all, of your addons). If that doesn't work use an older version. link scroll all the way to the bottom.

I couldn't find the Phoenix folder, for some reason i didn't have an Application Data folder. But i installed an earlier verison of firefox. It is working now. Saving all my settings and bookmarks. Thanks.

That's cause it is hidden. You have to unhide folders in options to see it. But glad to see it's working for you

I'll clarify in case anyone gets confused: in all relatively new builds (at least 0.9+) the data is no longer stored in /Phoenix, but in /Mozilla/Firefox.
