Help with finding a power supply

Hi,
I'm building a new PC on a budget, and I need suggestions for a good power source unit. The build is as follows:

i5-3570k
Integrated graphics
z77 based mobo
2x4GB DDR3 memory(1333 or 1600)
buying a regular 1tb HDD for now, but upgrading it with an ssd later on.

I will not be overclocking. But i wouldnt mind a PSU that can handle some slight overclocking.

I am in the US. I will be using this pc for light gaming, but mostly for everyday uses like browsing. I do plan on upgrading to a discrete graphics card later on when I can get the money.

Thank You

If you're not overclocking, why do you want an i5-3570K and a Z77 mobo? Just get i5-3450/i5-3550 and a H77 mobo. 3570K does have a better iGPU but you're adding a discrete GPU so that doesn't matter. To be honest for office/browsing etc and light gaming, an i3 would be plenty.

Spend less on the CPU and motherboard, get the SSD now instead of later. 128GB is ample space and not that expensive like they were before.
