Help with FIC AM37

I have an FIC AM37 running an XP2200+, and 512mb (2x256) Cas 2 DDR2100.

Here are my question.
1)Does anybody know of any new bios that will allow me to change the Mem timmings in the bios. The current one has no choices, and the memory is running at CAS2.5
2)How can I adjust the FSB speed/Multiplier on this board, since it has no section in the BIOS for overclocking.

It has a VIA KM266 Chipset with a Savage 8 integrated graphics (disabled), its running a Western Digital 40GB 7200rpm 2mb HD, GF2TI (64mb), onboard Lan, and Onboard Sound. Its an e-machines W2247 that my sister uses for email, web surfing, and SIMS online. I upgraded the memory, and video with parts I had laying around.
