Help With Facebook Notifications

I don't have a Facebook account for myself. I had to get one for work as some of our partners use it for various things.

How do I get rid of these annoying notifications? I have turned off everything I can see in the settings but I still get "Friend Suggestions". Mostly from women showing too much skin and most of the text looks Arabic.

There is no way my employer could force me to use Facebook. See if you can set up filters to catch work related stuff and send everything else to Hell.
 
Unfortunately I work in emergency management and that's one of the tools people use to share when stuff hits the fan.
 
Are you talking about notifications online or notifications on the phone app? You should be able to set your profile to private, so that you do not show up in public searches. That will stop you from getting unsolicited friend requests.
