Help with ELSA product....

Perhaps this isnt the correct forum but here goes. I got a ELSA Gladiac GeForce 2 GTS from buy.com a few xmas ago when they were cheap, which has recently decided to stop working. Normally this wouldnt be a problem because of there kick ass warranty except for the fact that ELSA appears to have moved and i cant figure out how to contact them. There website doesnt have a number for americans to call and i tried using there old webpage and the get a rma online method but my product number doesnt have the right amount of numbers. Any help woul dbe appreciated!!!

Yes i figured as much but sometimes when that happens someone buys parts of/the whole company and picks up the warranty support part.
