I wanted to register a domain name for the first time. I was told getadomain.com has the lowest price, $8. At one point it asks me this:
A. DNS Servers: You or your ISP control the DNS and Mail for your site: for an ISP-Hosted domain. If you don't understand this option, or do not have DNS Info, select URL Forwarding instead- you can always change your settings later. [click here for a full description]
B. URL Forwarding: A service for those who don't want or don't have DNS or who would like to "park" their domains until they are ready to use them. If in doubt, select URL Forwarding. [click here for a full description] Additional charge of $2.00 per domain per year
Which am I to pick? Where is my domain hosted? Do I have to pay an extra $20 a month for my site to be hosted somewhere? Thanks!
