Help with dllhost.exe.

This is the second time since building this pc I have seen this. CPU usage is 50% or more and the culprit is dllhost.exe*32.

googling didn't help much as far as if it's legit or not. I have avg for virus protection and windows defender for malware. everything checks out OK. I'm just not sure what's causing this file to run. Is it built into vista or another program?
