Just encoded a 1hr video from VHS to Divx AVI (divx 5.0.3) using VirtualDub. It plays fine as an AVI.

I'm trying to encode to mpg/vcd using TMPGenc but it won't open ("or unsupported").

What am I doing wrong ?
 
Yeah I'm not an expert but I think your trial period expired. Thats their way in telling you to buy their product.
