Help with display corruption

Hi all first time post on these forums so go easy, not entirely sure if this is the right section.

My specs are as follows

Opty 146 CACJE @ 2.8
Artic Freezer CPU Cooler
4X 512 3200 Micron RAM
X800xt ICEQ Cooled
DFI UT Ultra Lan Party 939 Mobo

I have had my system overclocked at this for the past year with no problems or crashes with encoding, demanding games etc
Then all of a sudden this appears on my screen without warning yesterday:

Initially I assumed it must be a graphics problem so swapped my x800xt for an old 9800Pro. However the problem persisted. There were no beep error codes, in fact in the background the system seems to startup like normal.
I have since cleaned all the dust off any of the components and reset the CMOS via removing the battery. However the problem still persists. Is this a motherboard AGP slot problem, or something else? Any advice anyone could give me would be most appreciated as I am at a loss!

Regards

I assume it's that way when you first turn the system on. Pull everything out except 1 stick of memory, video card, cpu, and of course the power supply. What happens?

If you get stuck with the CMOS and unable to boot properly, then use the DFI-Street method.

Remove power from the system. Pull cord from wall if you must. Or from rear of power supply.

Remove the battery.

Move the CMOS jumper to clear.

Move the speaker jumper to on position. Page 7 quick start manual.

Make sure you have a wired keyboard plugged into the PS2 port. Not USB in other words. USB to PS2 OK.

Leave the CMOS jumper at clear for at least 30 minutes.

Put ONLY one ( 1 ) stick of memory in ORANGE slot closest the top edge of motherboard.

Set the CMOS jumper back to normal.

Replace the battery.

Press and hold down the "Insert" Key on the keyboard.

Apply power to power supply again WITH "Insert" key still pressed down.

Press the start/power on button on the rig. WITH the "Insert" key still pressed down.

When you hear the beep from the speaker. Release the "Insert" Key and quickly press the "Delete" key
and enter the bios and load optimized defaults. Save and Exit bios and reboot to enter bios to make necessary adjustments.

have tried the dfi street method, after several attempts it did actually get to BIOS, so i thought success. However before I could make any changes the screen again went as in the pictures. I am an unable to run memtest as i cannot access windows. It is literally; power on - jumbled screen.

Memtest86+ runs in it's own operating system, so doesn't use Windows at all. But if you can't get any video, you can't run Memtest on that PC.
