Help with Diagnosis

My laptop has a problem that I am having trouble diagnosing. Randomly, either connected to the internet through ethernet or wifi, I will lose the connection. Sometimes only in firefox, and sometimes on the whole system. Windows claims that I am still connected and I have internet access.

When this happens, I cannot restart or shutdown my computer. At either of those commands the computer will just do nothing.

Is there any software (or any advice from you guys) I can get to help me diagnose and fix this issue?

Here's everything I found related to the internet:
3 Times: WLAN-Tray: Unable to gain access to user store
3 Times: Dhcp-Client: The IP address lease ***.***.***.*** for the Network Card with network address ************ has been denied by the DHCP server ***.***.***.*** (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).
55 times: HttpEvent: Unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side authentication. The data field contains the error number.

And a warning from Dhcp-Client:
The description for Event ID 1003 from source Microsoft-Windows-Dhcp-Client cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If there are any specific details that would help you in this diagnosis please let me know.

Sounds like your router is dropping your clients. What kind of router are you using?
