Help with DFI Ultra D overclocking

I have recently gotten my opteron 144 and DFI Ultra D so naturally I have been trying to get the most out of it. I have gotten it stable at 300x9 on stock air but as soon as I put it over 300 it will post but then reset a few seconds after that. This happens no matter what I have the multiplyer at so I guess its something with the board.

Is there anything that I can do to help fix this? I was thinking maybe a BIOS update might but I wasn't sure where I could get a good one. If any of you know of one that could help could you please link me to it.

Thanks.
