Is DDR PC2700 worth buying over DDR PC2100?
Also is Kingmax DDR333 PC2700 ram worth buying..... because its real cheap.

DDR2700 is the next step for DDR memory, it all depends on what you want?

do you have a system that allow to run that memory?
 
Only if you intend to run your FSB at 166Mhz or higher, and if you are, there are other factors which affect this than the memory. If you are just going to run at 133Mhz FSB then it's a waste of money over 2100.
