HELP with DAO file please!

Hey guys,
I really hope someone can shed some light on this issue. Whenver I open AutoCAD, I get a little pop up box that keeps trying to install DAO.msi. It trys to install itself from a temp file that doesn't exist, so I have to keep clicking cancel. I have goggled the issue and tried several fixes, but nothing seems to work. I have tried using the Windows Installer clean-up, it failed to fix the issue. I tried downloading and installing MDAC 2.8, and I get an error that says its incompatible with this verison of windows. According to this DAO check program, DAO 3.6 is currently registered and installed properly in my system, so I have no idea where to go from here. I tried to do a repair installation, and it did not fix the issue. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

 
Is this only when you try to open Autocad?

We need some more info, such as what OS are you running? What version of Autocad,etc.
What version of Office do you have installed?

Have you did a complete uninstall of Autocad and then a reinstall?

Also do you have an ATI video card?
