Help with Crystal XI job server

we need to defrag our exchange data store. So we changed the job server's IP to point to the backup exchange server. I sent myself a test email and in the email properties it shows that email is still going out our primary server.

Is there a setting on the crystal side other than the job server that i
am missing to change where smtp traffic goes?

is there a setting on the exchange server that i am missing?

also the exchange database is 60+gig and will take by our estimates 12
solid hours to defrag. i cant have smtp for reports down for that long
and is why i need to figure out why when i schedule a report to email
it goes through the backup exchange server

the SMTP IP is not hardcoded in the reports.

I have had a ticket open with SAP for the past 3 days and even though i have updated the ticket i have not heard a word back from the tech who took the ticket since wed afternoon.


below is what is in the properties of the email i get. it should say exch02.

Not familiar with crystal job server, but I would think if it's sending a report to the exchange server then the setting for which exchange server it is sending them to would have to be on the crystal server's side.
