Help with Core Voltage

Is there a reason why I get so many different readings for my core voltage.
The cpu is an Athlon XP 2000+ AXDA2000DUT3C AIUHB0316MPMW
The board I have runs everything at default, but I can change FSB only.
In the BIOS it reads 1.60V
Motherboard Monitor 5 reads 1.74V
SpeedFan 4 reads 1.73V
Aida 32 reads 1.68V
SiSoft Sandra reads 1.74V
Could all these programs be that inaccurate?
Or is the sensor ViaVT82C686?
