On Linux I've used a tool called binchunker (or bchunk) but I don't know if it runs on Windows. And you must also realize that the bin/cue format might be used for a reason. ISO files can only contain a single track and only a normal data filesystem at that while bin/chunk is data format agnostic and can contain many tracks so it might contain a VCD because 1 track is the filesystem and the other is the vidoe or an audio CD because each song is it's own track.

Actually, all I need to do is to extract a bunch of BIN files. What's the best way to do it in batch? I don't really need to convert it into ISO. I have to do that in MagicISO before I can do the final extraction. But if there's a way from BIN to the files inside, that would work.

Thanks!

I'd try mounting the images in Daemon tools and just opening them that way if you're just looking to pull the stuff off
