My comptuer was running fine until I moved. After moving my computer starts to crash / auto reboot.
For example when I'm playing games like Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3, the computer would crash back to desktop with fatal error messages such as the following:

This application has encountered a critical error:

FATAL ERROR!

Program: D:\Games\Warcraft III\War3.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:00000000

The instruction at '0x00000000' referenced memory at '0x00000000'.
The memory could not be 'read'.

Also the computer would reboot itself randomly, doesn't have to be in a 3D game. Sometimes it reboots when I'm surfing the web, or when I'm sleeping and the computer is on and doing some downloading in the background.

At the beginning I thought it would be a motherboard problem so I got a new motherboard, after which, the problem still exists, though reboot doesn't happen as often. However the crashes still make gaming pretty much unenjoyable.

Then I suspect it could be my memory problem, so I got 2 pieces of memory sticks. However this doesn't help at all. Some say it could be CPU overheat, however my CPU is running at 50C loaded. It's been a while now and I've tried lots of things, (reinstalled OS, tried Win2k instead of WinXP, tried differen't video drivers and different video card, and tried direct X 8.1 and 9.0, updated windows with all the patch, downloaded IDE/AGP drivers from motherboard manufacturer, flashed BIOS, etc) still I failed to isolate the problem. So any help would be greatly appreciated! Or the last bit, the system has some weird things going on too, as I couldn't install Nero 6 on my computer. Everytime it says some file error, but the installation file is not corrupted, works on other system. However nero 5.5 or 5.9 installs fine, really weird.

Thanks and here is my computer configuration:
AMD Athlon 1.4G with ECS k75A Pro MB, 2 pieces of 256MB PC2700 ram, ATI Raedon 9100 video card (problem also exists with my geforce 3 TI 200), 80G hard drive, Logitech MX 700 mouse, Asus DVDRom and LG CDRW. On board sound and lan with generic case and 300W PSU.

Please throw me some hints and tips! :)

Try each "cdrom" seperately and see if the problem goes away in either case (making sure to switch the jumpers as necessary).. Make sure your ram, even if you've changed it, is properly seated.. Can you try another HD..?

yes i've tried each cdrom seperately, actually i've thought it might be a PSU problem since I got only 300W. So I tried to run my computer with only 1 cdrom, still the problem doesn't go away. I've also tried only 1 piece of memory, tried in different slots, doesn't solve the problem either. I mean, it might not happen as often, but still happens here and there, and enough to ruin gaming experience. Still haven't tried a different HD, maybe I should. Would it be a CPU or PSU problem though?
