Help with CMOS/CPU errors

Hello all,

I need a little (I hope..) help, I have a AMD 64 3500+ CPU, on a Asus A8V Deluxe MoBo, I have 1GB of DDR ram (2 x 512MB), Today I was getting a over clocking error message (sorry can't remember exactly what it said). and then the system would just give a blank screen and hang, Once the reset button was pressed it would then boot up to the OS still giving overclock errors. I have reset the CMOS using the method out lined in the docs that came with the MoBo, and when I started it up again it gave me a "CMOS Check Error" for about .5 of a second and then reboot, I went into the BIOS and checked the settings (all of which were default anyways) and saw my VCORE voltage was up at about 1.77 (and climbing fast) and my CPU temperature was at 102.5 Degrees Celsius and climbing just as quick as the VCORE voltage.

I need help as I am afraid to turn the computer and I don't want to burn out the CPU,

if any one could help out it would be forever appreciated.

UPDATE: Ok I have narrowed it down to the RAM settings, I need to know what I should have 2T set at, my CPU voltage is at 1.45v, (Freq is 800MHz) is this the correct settings?
