Help with CM HAF 922 fans

I received this case with the top fan broken off and the wires sheered also, and I obviously do not want the hassle of RMAing just because of one fan...but it still kinda ticks me off. Sent in a part request to Coolermaster. Anyway, It says that the top fan can be replaced with two 120mm fans instead of another 200mm. I'm just wondering if two 140mm can fit also? The official specifications only list 120mm as optional.

EDIT: I don't see how the 120mm could fit on top either? Excuse my noobness! I am confused!!!

note the eight holes i circled in red - those are the screw holes you'd use to mount two 120mm fans, one in front of the other. 140mm fans will not work - while they do make 140mm fans w/ round housings (as opposed to the typical square housing) to allow them to utilize screw holes meant for 120mm fans, you can clearly see that there isn't enough room. that is to say, 120mm fans probably have just enough room to fit next to each other...in fact, they might even butt up against one another once they're in place. that being the case, there's no way you'll get two 140mm fans in there and still get them to line up with the screw holes.

hope that helps,
Eric
