When moving from a Frame Relay network to an MPLS network, how would one configure QOS to prioritize voice on the network (knowing that the provider's network won't subscribe me to the same QOS through THEIR network, but instead just pass the packets on to the destination router and resume QOS there)?

MCI's MPLS network uses the TOS byte in the header for labeling QOS (Diffserve), so the config would need to use something else in order to do this without subscribing to MCI's specific QOS levels.

Assuming just 2 sites using static routes, what are some ways to configure this? It basically needs to operate just as it does currently in the Frame environment-- prioritizing voice on the network, but not through the provider's network.
