Help with choosing an upgrade paht

i need to upgrade my pc from this:
733mhz p3
intel desktop motherboard
256mb ram
2x hd's with 80gb's capacity between them (both new)
geforce 32mb sdr

i reckon i can keep everything except the ram/cpu/mobo/gfx card...

i have chosen to go with an athlon 1.33ghz and a kyro2, but i'm not sure exactly which motherboard is the best. i really want something with good ddr ram support... have any ideas?
