Help with choices

Ok, I have been looking around recently for a new mobo for the computer I am building and I want to go with a DDR setup. I have been looking a lot at the Asus A7M, which has been my main choice, but recently I have been looking at MSI's K7 Master. I want to go with the AMD760 chipset, and from what I read the MSI seems pretty close, even beating the Asus in some benchmarks, but for a lower price. Any suggestions would be appreciated to help with this decision.

I should have added that I have also been looking at some 266 boards, like the MSI K7T266 PRO-RAID, anyone know how these stand up to the AMD760 chipset? If anyone knows of some benchmark comparisons and could post the link it would be appreciated.
